Alumaloy is a patented, fluxless aluminum repair rod that works at approximately 728 degrees Fahrenheit, nearly 500 degrees below aluminum's melting point. This means you can repair aluminum, pot metal, and galvanized steel with nothing more than a standard propane torch. No flux. No arc welder. No risk of burn-through or warping. The resulting repair achieves a tensile strength of 39,000 PSI and can withstand pressures up to 650 pounds per square inch, making it stronger than most common aluminum alloys.
